Dr. Rachel is a practising doctor, and creator of the wellbeing doctor. Her goal is to enable you to optimise your health and wellbeing with proven techniques from areas such as lifestyle medicine and neuroscience.

She studied Medicine and Surgery at Oxford University. Before this, she graduated with 1st class honours in Biomedical Engineering, and Science, majoring in Physiology, with part of this on an exchange scholarship in the Silicon Valley at The University of California, Berkeley. She is currently completing a Masters Degree in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health at Kings College, London.

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts when you enrol and sign up. You can work through it at your own pace. We generally recommend not progressing faster than a section each week, and prefer that you take your time. Most people take around 3 weeks per session, and this is the rate that the course is designed to be completed at for maximum benefit. You will have access to the downloads, guides and pdfs, which you can print and use.
How long do I have access to the course?
