Dr Rachel's aim is to show you proven ways to optimise your wellbeing through lifestyle medicine. These methods also aim to decrease your risk of certain diseases, boost your mood, elevate your productivity, and lift your energy levels.
Dr. Rachel is a practising doctor, and creator of the wellbeing doctor. Her goal is to enable you to optimise your health and wellbeing with proven techniques from areas such as lifestyle medicine and neuroscience.
She studied Medicine and Surgery at Oxford University. Before this, she graduated with 1st class honours in Biomedical Engineering, and Science, majoring in Physiology, with part of this on an exchange scholarship in the Silicon Valley at The University of California, Berkeley. She is currently completing a Masters Degree in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health at Kings College, London.
